Head of NOTR Raqib Mahmood attended a meeting of the Office of NGOs on Thursday, July 16 in the conference hall of Duhok University.
The meeting was chaired by Falah Hassan, President of the Office of NGOs and an administrative delegation of the office, and continued from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and listened to the suggestions and complaints of the participants.
