On the evening of March 31, 2025, a delegation from the Noter Organization for Technology and Research, headed by Mr. Raqeeb Mahmood, in collaboration with the German-Kurdish Friendship Association, led by Mrs. Jiyan Sheikh Salman, formally welcomed a German delegation at Erbil International Airport.
The German delegation was led by Reverend Bernhard Fricke, Head of the Refugee Affairs Department at the Church of Berlin-Potsdam.
The delegation included ten distinguished members, among them:
Dr. Amanda Palenberg, Director of Integration in the capital of the state of Potsdam,
Dr. Dler Ellingenberg, representative of the German-Kurdish Friendship Association and professor at U:IT University,
Mrs. Shirin Wiesand, Director of Interfaith Partnership Management in Potsdam,
Mrs. Manuela Dorenberg, Commissioner for Equality in the state of Brandenburg,
Engineer Ahmed Muhieddin, project manager for youth initiatives at the German-Kurdish Friendship Association,
Mr. Khalil Ahmed, social activist and member of the refugee support team in Potsdam.
Following their arrival, a formal reception ceremony was organized by the Noter Organization in Duhok city, where the visiting delegation was warmly welcomed.
On behalf of the delegation, Reverend Bernhard Fricke expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude to the leadership and members of the Noter Organization for their warm hospitality and generous reception.
